Note that without a valid Will your beneficiaries will be required to apply for Letters of Administration in order to access the proceeds of  your estate- which is a more complicated and costly application than an application for a Grant of Probate.

What is the cost of drafting a Will?

Our professional costs for drafting standard Wills are    $400 (incl. GST) for a single or $700 (incl GST) for couples (includes 2 Wills) and we can also assist with Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianships (for the same fees as the wills) to ensure you are covered in times of ill health or while you are overseas.

Don’t risk a D.I.Y. will. Although making a will seems simple with a D.I.Y. will kit, simple mistakes can be made by the unwary, which can be costly to rectify and sometimes intended beneficiaries miss out due to errors made by people using a D.I.Y will kit.
